CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Infologitech Systems Private Limited and SpotWays

These Terms of service are effective July-1, 2016

SpotWays is a SAAS (Software As A Service) product that is administered on a pay as you use model. Depending on the duration of the contract commitment and payment terms for each engagement with our customers, we at Infologitech Systems Pvt Ltd adopt diverse cancellation policies for our various services. For more details on this kindly refer to respective service agreement and termination clauses therein.

Request related to such terminations must be submitted to the admin department of Infologitech Systems Pvt. Ltd. Emails can be submitted with your termination request on admin@infologitech.in or mailing the letter (At our address on the website or given below). On receipt of your request, our accounts department will contact you for issues on cancellation and will advise you related to further process.

MONEY REFUND POLICY AT INFOLOGITECH SYSTEMS PVT. LTD.

As a SAAS product thatis administered on a pay per use basis, there is no refund requirement. However, in special situations wherein such termination request is immediate, Infologitech systems adopts various refund policies that would be outlined in the individual service agreement.

Infologitech Systems Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. We will act upon the agreement signed, accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed between the client and Infologitech Systems Pvt Ltd.

Infologitech Systems Pvt Ltd does not offer any reimbursement for transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges, that are non recoverable for Infologitech Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Our address for a notice to Us in writing by Courier or US Mail is: SpotWays, Infologitech systems Pvt Ltd, 92, Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India 500032 with a CC to admin@infologitech.in  by electronic mail. All notices shall be deemed to have been given immediately upon delivery by electronic mail, or if otherwise delivered upon receipt or, if earlier, two (2) business days after being deposited in the mail or with a Courier as permitted above.
